2. NSCPL schedule for a 20-week season
   1. I would appreciate any issues/questions committee members can identify with the schedule. I have already identified some but would appreciate any thoughts. | Congratulations for getting this up and running. Suggestions- Be aware of: School holidays - no games Public Holidays – ANZAC day | | Junior Committee report – 10 mins | • Request to have a Junior Committee member have access to the website and social media to post results, EO reports and photos. | Continue discussions with Laura and Amber | | New Business | | | | President’s items 5 mins | • Payment to scorers – Liz, Sammi, Crystal Amber, Leigh • Received confirmation of 2 grants each $7 500 • Change of lock combination | Approved. Congratulations to Tracey and Liz for excellent grant writing. Approved change of lock combination. | | Junior Sub-Committee Report | • Request to update photos on webpage using some of the State titles images. | Important to be seen as a Junior and Senior club. Important for this to happen. | | Reflection of Masters 2024 | Good, Bad, Ugly. What can we do to improve - | Passing this over to next month when others can attend. Results of survey to be shared. | | State Titles Development and Masters Squad – nominate and train all season. | Thoughts? Is it possible to schedule – no players will lose interest. Look to start training and registrations in January. Earlier in month better for training organisation and registrations. Sunday a better day when doesn’t clash with AFL or Soccer. Approach Noosa council to seek approval to advertise in their region. | | Game schedule for 24/25 season | Rookies – Little League – Intermediate League- Senior League- | Looking at Rookies and T ball games being on a different night. | | Fundraising | We need this, how can we achieve this? Put together a group of people willing to conduct different ideas. | Bree Clark offered to organise meeting to discuss further.
