| Treasurer's Report | Marcin presented a draft budget based on information presented by individual committee members and previous expenses from 2023/24 financial year. Budget was built on 1 long season and information derived from Game Day. Registration was based on increasing player numbers by 1 – 5 people across T-ball, Rookies, Little League, Intermediates and Seniors. 13 players per team for Championship league. School Baseball services – Bret Buckland has committed to being available for 3 seasons. Dane Gaspar is going to print out new stickers for the Sign boards. Motion to publicise the registration costs for T-ball will be $179.00 Agenda item for 02/07/2024 meeting – Motion – That teams who use the lighting on another night other than that one being paid for by SCBA, will need to cover those costs. | Open and frank discussions were held regarding all aspects of the budget with minor and major adjustments required. Marcin has this information and will revise the draft budget and present a more up-to-date version 2 for perusal and comment.
