From the [Foundations] of movement & physical literacy at [North Shore Aussie T-Ball] all the way through to our [SC Riptides] representing the region at BQ sanctioned State Title events for both women and men of all ages.

We’re still a few years away from [Elite Mastery] and having alumni with sustained international success and a worn-out Riptides jersey in their kit bag. For now we're focused on fostering a love of sport & physical activity the whole way through our leagues & performance pathways. Even in the few short years since the [Riptides] [Talent] Identification, Development & Excellence (R-TID) programme’s launch in 2018/9?:

• Nnn participants have gone on to State Development & Elevation programmes;
• Nnn participants have gone on the represent QLD;
• Nnn players have gone on to represent Australia.
