Coaches are responsible for the game day management of their team, and work closely with their Team Managers for league communication

What does the role involve?

Common responsibilities for Coaches include:

Being present at practice each week to support the development of the players in your team and the league overall
Preparing the game day lineup - in both paper form and online via GameChanger
Actively coaching your team during each game - by providing constructive feedback and making position changes
Resolving any umpiring disputes directly with the umpire (and without any other player involvement)
Sharing issues with your Team Manager - for them to escalate with the league General Manager
Being a part of a chat group (typically Messenger or WhatsApp) with other Coaches in your league
