It also depends on how many coaches show up to support running drills.

The below routine is designed to be flexible to accommodate for these unknowns.

Station-based coaching


Station-based coaching helps players get more reps, while keeping all team players together.

After warming up and throwing, players group into their teams and cycle between 3-5 stations that can include:

Infield drills

Outfield drills

Base running drills

Hitting drills

Live hitting

Bullpens

If not enough of your teammates show up, we’ll group you with another team, as each drill is designed for a specific amount of players.
